Mr. Elliott is also an experienced litigator in these areas.

Divorce: Mr. Elliott brings years of experience to resolving complicated divorce matters by litigation or negotiated settlement. He is adept in the preparation of premarital and post nuptial agreements involving extensive assets. He has expertise in the areas of psychiatric and psychological issues in the context of divorce and child custody.

Estate Planning and Will Contests: Mr. Elliott has prepared wills and trusts to meet the needs of both simple and uniquely complex situations. He has litigated will contests, trust interpretations, conflicts between beneficiaries and fiduciaries, and guardian and conservatorship disputes. He is knowledgeable and experienced in the probate of wills and the administration of estates and conservatorships.
